Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze client requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories and documentation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine business needs and ensure alignment with project goals.

The role requires experience in agile settings, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Banking/Finance or Merchant/Payment domains. You will work closely with the delivery team to bridge business and technical perspectives.

Qualifications

• Must have experience defining documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects.
• Experience analyzing requirements with use cases, scenarios and data flow diagrams.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Banking/Finance or Merchant/Payment domain experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review client and business nature with project requirements and suggest efficient methods.
• Develop standards and procedures and train stakeholders as needed.
• Review data collected and present Software Requirements Specifications and Change Requests.
• Bridge gaps between technical and business perspectives for client and company.
• Complete RFPs with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct proofs of concept and demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Perform BA compliance checks and obtain SRS sign-off.
• Support post-go-live audits and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Delivery Team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in analyzing requirements using techniques such as use cases & scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Proven experience in defining and documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
• Good troubleshooting skills, and effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking and Finance or Merchant and Payment is a MUST.
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

What are you going to do??

• Reviewing client and business nature along with the project requirements and introducing more effective and efficient methods of completing the set project.
• Developing standards and procedures for the set projects and training internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
• Reviewing data collected through requirement gathering sessions analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specifications, User Manuals, and Change Request Forms.
• Identifying and bridging the gaps that arise during the execution of the project between the technical perspective and business perspective for both the client and the company.
• Completing the Request for Proposals with the assistance of the internal stakeholders.
• Conducting proof of concepts and demonstrations to the internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting Business Analysis compliance checking.
• Obtaining sign-off for Software Requirement Specification.
• Post-go-live audits, certifications & ensuring customer acceptance.
• Close coordination with the Project Manager and Delivery Team.
