Job summary

IONOS Group is seeking a hands-on people manager to lead a customer-focused team in Cebu City. You will model customer orientation, align team performance with business goals, and serve as the escalation point for staff concerns.

The role emphasizes developing employees, addressing issues, and driving process improvements to sustain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Customer communication experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orientation and productivity of employees and act when needed.
• Provide orientation and set company expectations for employees.
• Be main contact for work-related needs of employees.
• Address and resolve concerns across accounts, performance, and teams.
• Submit team performance reports and address disciplinary actions.
• Process and submit operational and administrative tasks on time.
• Create and implement team or individual action plans to drive performance.
• Meet attendance and performance targets.
• Coach and mentor for individual and team development.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and attend organizational meetings.
• Lead monthly retention activities to promote camaraderie.
• Maintain service orientation and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve internal procedures.
