Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orientation and productivity of employees and react accordingly when needed.
• Provide orientation and set correct company expectations for employees including giving information and reference materials.
• Main contact for work-related needs of employees and address performance issues.
• Submit team performance reports and address performance problems through corrective actions.
• Create and implement team action plans to drive performance and meet attendance targets.
• Interact with different teams and departments within the company.
