MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Associate (Tax Forms) - Client Accounting for Maples Group in Manila. Based in BGC, Taguig, this hybrid role combines US IRS tax forms prep and client accounting across multiple entities.

You will handle high-volume tax forms, respond to stakeholders, maintain trackers, and assist with monthly reports and invoicing. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial services or accounting and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in financial services, investment industry or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for 40+ jurisdictions.
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tax forms and registrations are performed and reviewed per established protocols.
