Job summary

MicroSourcing is partnering with Maples Group to expand its Manila operation. They seek a Senior Associate (Tax Forms) – Client Accounting to handle US IRS tax forms across multiple entities and jurisdictions from a hybrid Manila office in BGC, Taguig City.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactivity, and teamwork, with training provided on IRS protocols and junior staff coaching responsibilities. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional work experience.
• Previous financial services, investment industry or accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain a high volume of US IRS tax forms and registrations for many entities in 40+ jurisdictions.
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly, accurately and with a high degree of professionalism.
• Ensure that all tax forms and registrations are performed and reviewed in accordance with established protocols.
• Be responsible for calling the IRS and accurately transcribing information received.
• Be expected to perform other duties including maintaining trackers on MS-Excel, preparing weekly/ monthly reports, billing & invoicing and maintaining proper records of client work.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to ensure deadlines are met.
• Display a strong team focus and willingness to assist other team members when required.
• Ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required; and
• Be responsible for coaching and managing junior staff.
