Job summary

MicroSourcing is expanding its Manila operations to support the Maples Group. The Senior Associate (Tax Forms) - Client Accounting will join a growing team servicing financial services entities across multiple jurisdictions, handling IRS forms, registrations, and client records.

You will maintain tracking in Excel, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met while upholding rigorous standards and protocols. Training on US IRS forms will be provided.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional work experience.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently while adhering strictly to established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for entities across 40+ jurisdictions.
• Direct contact with the IRS via phone to retrieve and accurately transcribe essential information.
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Maintain tracking systems on MS Excel, prepare weekly/monthly reports, handle billing & invoicing, and maintain client work records.
• Ensure all tax forms and registrations follow established protocols and meet strict client and regulatory deadlines.
• Provide timely status updates, demonstrate strong team collaboration, and participate in ad-hoc reporting projects.
