Job summary

Aprio in Manila/National scope is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for open positions. You will partner closely with Recruiters to build sourcing strategies, develop pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates with a focus on proactive sourcing and positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes market research, engagement with passive candidates, and maintaining recruitment data accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
5–8 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and Boolean search.
Experience in accounting or professional services recruitment preferred.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitmentCRM platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication; excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, job fairs, social media, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and market mapping.
Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in opportunities.
Endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters within SLAs and maintain candidate communications.
Collaborate with Recruiters to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitmentCRM; ensure data privacy.
Monitor sourcing activities and report progress and metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
