Aprio Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Sourcing to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates in support of the organization's hiring needs. You will partner with Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates for open positions.

The role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and maintaining accurate recruitment data while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proactively source qualified candidates using multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen candidates and validate qualifications during outreach.
• Provide market intelligence and candidate insights to recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, job fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and market mapping.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in career opportunities.
• Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and minimum qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual screening to validate qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.
• Endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters within SLAs.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor information to support recruitment planning.
• Recommend alternative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Maintain complete candidate records in ATS/CRM and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Monitor sourcing activities and report on pipelines and metrics.
• Stay current with labor market trends and sourcing tools.
