Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders. You will handle employee relations, talent development, and performance processes, collaborating with COEs to drive global HR programs.

You will support organizational changes, workforce initiatives, and employee engagement, while maintaining confidentiality and a strong business focus in a hybrid work environment requiring presence in the office 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a generalist capacity.
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail; ability to influence across levels.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Hybrid work setup requiring 2x weekly office presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR guidance to managers and business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters with confidential, well-documented processes.
• Coach managers on goals, performance, and talent development across the organization.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning and development initiatives.
• Lead HR programs and projects in collaboration with COEs and country sites.
• Generate HR metrics and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
