Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8-10+ years recruitment experience required.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex and strategic recruitment.

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
• Curiosity and proactive approach to finding and engaging talent.
• Passion for delivering an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience.
• Ability to champion AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment practices.
• Ability to support adoption of new recruitment technologies.
