Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to closing.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.
Advise hiring managers on processes, controls, and timelines.
Build talent pipelines with multiple channels including internal pools, referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, and events.
Screen candidates and coordinate structured interviews for fair evaluation.
Maintain data integrity in recruiting systems and ensure process discipline.
Support compensation discussions within approved ranges with candidates and managers.
Promote fair hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.
Maintain timely communication and clear next steps with candidates.
Provide regular progress updates to HR stakeholders.
