Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions within APAC, preferably in a shared services, BPO, RPO, or multinational corporate environment.
• Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development using various recruitment channels and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on quality hiring outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce and business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions including Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, and Corporate Services.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across APAC.
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience through a consultative, high-quality recruitment process.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to support informed business decisions.
• Leverage sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, HR partners, and external talent communities to strengthen JLL's employer brand.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring quality and efficiency.
