Job summary

Jpmorgan Chase in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Human Resource Benefits Professional to manage benefits administration, including SSS/HDMF processing, premiums remittance, and loan disbursements. You will ensure accuracy through quality checks while coordinating with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization.

You will lead benefits-related projects, maintain timely reporting, and support process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in handling Benefits Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage clients and stakeholders across all levels.
• Collaborates with HR teams to support Benefits processes, reporting, and initiatives.
• Willingness to engage in process improvements and learning.

Responsibilities

• Process SSS Benefits including contribution payment, salary loan, maternity and sickness applications.
• Process HDMF Benefits including multipurpose loan applications and contribution consolidation.
• Submit remittance of monthly premium and loan payments to statutory agencies including monthly reports for posting.
• Administer company-provided benefits.
• Process invoice payments.
• Assist in regular quality check of work to ensure error-free processing.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as part of process/procedure enhancements
