Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organization’s end-to-end recruitment strategy, shaping pipelines, and onboarding for new hires.
You will guide staffing plans, drive employer branding, and oversee internship programs to align with business goals. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the organization's end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role oversees recruitment initiatives, employer branding, internship programs, candidate experience, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition of new hires into the organization. The manager partners with business leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and support workforce planning aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Lead workforce planning and recruitment forecasting with department heads.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offers.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
Design, implement, and manage the company's internship and graduate programs.
Establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
Coordinate internship recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Promote internship opportunities to strengthen the organization's future talent pipeline.
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to promote the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition (EVP).
Manage the organization's presence on job boards, career websites, and social media recruitment channels.
Coordinate participation in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.
Monitor employer reputation and candidate feedback to enhance brand perception.
Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
Standardize communication with applicants from application to onboarding.
Monitor candidate satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
Ensure recruitment practices are fair, inclusive, and compliant with company policies.
Oversee the onboarding process for all new employees.
Develop onboarding programs that facilitate employee engagement and organizational integration.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding readiness.
Monitor new hire assimilation and first-year engagement.
Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve retention.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CHRP) are preferred.
At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Experience managing high-volume and strategic recruitment initiatives.
Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment is preferred.
