Job summary

ExlService Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join the CORP_Human Resources_Talent Acquisition team in Pasay. You will drive recruitment efforts, manage the full lifecycle, and partner with business leaders to meet hiring goals.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment and achieving hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends, best practices, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategies.
• Source, attract, and assess high-quality candidates via networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate qualifications for next steps.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate with HR to implement sourcing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition.
