You will drive recruitment efforts and support growth by identifying and attracting top talent to our dynamic organization. You will manage the full lifecycle from screening to final hires, partner with managers, source candidates via multiple channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably corporate.
• Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends, best practices, and legal compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
