EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead high-volume hiring initiatives.

This full-time role focuses on building pipelines, screening at scale, and partnering with hiring managers to meet aggressive targets. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, analyze metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 2–5 years in recruitment, with bulk/high-volume hiring experience.
• Proven track record filling multiple roles within tight timeframes.
• Strong sourcing and applicant-tracking knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns and strategies to meet aggressive targets.
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and competencies.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate database and CRM for future needs.
• Coordinate with HR to schedule interviews and manage offers.
• Track recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
• Participate in planning sessions and strategy development.
• Maintain compliance with employment law and internal policies.
