ExlService Philippines, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our CORP_Human Resources_Talent Acquisition team.

You will drive recruitment efforts and support growth by identifying and attracting top talent to our dynamic organization. You will manage the full lifecycle from screening to final hires, partner with managers, source candidates via multiple channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably corporate.
• Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and assess high-quality candidates via networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate qualifications, and advise on next steps.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR to implement innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends in recruitment and TA.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
