Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on healthcare roles.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience and data accuracy within ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for US healthcare roles.
• Experience in a Shared Services, BPO, or multinational organization.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Manage multiple job requisitions and maintain an active, high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Lead recruitment efforts for US healthcare and healthcare support roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records using the ATS and related systems.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
