Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and process high-volume transactions are required.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, such as Oracle Recruiting, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all required information is complete and consistent with approved requirements.
• Review and update requisitions, initiate approval workflows, and monitor progress through completion.
• Post approved job opportunities on internal and external career platforms using branding standards.
• Draft and format job descriptions to support clarity and alignment with requirements.
• Create and maintain candidate profiles in the ATS, ensuring records are accurate and current.
• Coordinate interviews by confirming availability and scheduling participants, and update records.
• Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
