Job summary

McDermott International in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines, is seeking a Senior HR Services Center Administrator to provide specialized HR services with limited supervision and to serve as an informal resource for colleagues.

You will partner with HR stakeholders to ensure data integrity, maintain employee data, and support organization maintenance activities while upholding confidentiality and accuracy in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in a multinational company.
• Above average analytical skills.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts for 24/7 operations.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to details and processes.
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.

Responsibilities

• Actively partner with key HR stakeholders to ensure data integrity and high customer satisfaction.
• Role is not limited to data entry but may also support organization maintenance activities and projects.
• Timely and accurate setup and/or maintenance of employee data
