Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer in Pasig City, Ortigas for a mid-shift, full onsite role. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized and technical roles, partnering with leaders to build pipelines and improve time-to-fill while maintaining high-quality hires.

The role requires 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with strong exposure to technical hiring and advanced sourcing.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Strong exposure to technical or specialist hiring.
Advanced sourcing skills: Boolean, communities, referrals, direct sourcing.
Excellent stakeholder management; able to advise senior leaders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Data-driven mindset and experience using ATS or HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end hiring for specialized and technical roles across the business.
Build and execute data-backed sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
Own talent pipeline development for future skill needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, using market insights to guide hiring decisions.
Manage candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer acceptance.
Leverage analytics to improve hiring quality, speed, and process effectiveness.
Consistently meet fulfillment targets while ensuring quality of hire.
