Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead Recruitment and Talent Sourcing, driving speed, quality, governance, and growth for our Australian and US clients. This onsite role sits in Ortigas, Pasig City, with a 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule.

You’ll lead three Recruitment Team Leads and one Talent Sourcing Team Lead, own capacity planning, and partner with Sales and Client Success to ensure delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across major role families.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience and leadership experience.
• Proven track record in senior leadership hiring.
• Experience leading offshore recruitment for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage three Recruitment Team Leads and one Talent Sourcing Team Lead, setting expectations on speed and quality.
• Run weekly operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, capacity planning, delivery tracking.
• Own recruitment capacity model across roles, fill rates, days to offer, start dates.
• Identify bottlenecks before they affect clients.
• Ensure teams follow Staff Domain recruitment methodology.
• Balance priorities based on commercial urgency and client commitments.
• Take accountability for Talent Acquisition performance.
