Qualifications

• Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of employment and recruitment operations experience.
• Experience recruiting for Philippine call center/BPO roles.
• Familiarity with HR areas, especially recruitment and sourcing/marketing.
• Able to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end hiring including sourcing, recruitment, and offer processes.
• Sourcing: create/update job postings, develop sourcing channels, screen applications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders; endorse candidates; communicate updates.
• Generate employment contracts and conduct job offers; facilitate client-specific tests.
• Maintain recruitment tools and processes; provide regular process updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements.

Senior Talent Acquisition Lead (CDO)

Location: Cagayan de Oro, Philippines

Work setup: Dayshift | Hybrid

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• End-to-End Hiring
  • Sourcing:
    • Address requests/inquiries from hiring managers in a timely manner.
    • Conduct regular calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure profile alignment.
    • Create and update job postings on the company website and various job portals.
    • Develop, under guidance of the Sourcing Manager, effective sourcing channels to access new labor pools.
    • Screen all applications to ensure they meet credentials, qualifications, skills, and experience per position.
  • Recruitment:
    • Ensure regular endorsement of candidates to hiring managers for review.
    • Facilitate hand-off process and communicate updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources).
    • Regularly communicate hiring updates to hiring managers.
    • Generate employment contracts and conduct job offers.
    • Facilitate client-specific tests/processes.
    • Review, implement, and manage recruitment tools and processes assigned.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Other:
    • Keep updated on industry trends and practices, including competitor intelligence, and make recommendations.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned, including paper and phone screening, call-outs, scheduling, etc.
    • Ensure data in Microstatus or requested spreadsheets for hiring process tracking is timely and accurate.
    • Use gathered data and reports to recommend process improvements.
    • Note: Additional duties may be assigned as discussed with supervisor.

Qualifications

• Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in employment and recruitment operations.
• Knowledge and experience recruiting for various positions in the Philippine call center/BPO industry.
• Familiarity with all HR areas, specifically recruitment and sourcing/marketing.
• Experience working in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills with employees at all levels.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.
• General working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short timeframe and meet tight deadlines.
