Job summary

AECOM is expanding its engineering footprint in Manila and seeks a Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Energy, Transport, Building + Places, PCC, Water and Environment. You will partner with senior hiring leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes, strengthen pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting with strong sourcing capability in Engineering.
• Experience hiring for enterprise/corporate functions (shared services, corporate, or GBS-style roles is a plus).
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Strong interview, assessment, and candidate management skills.
• Proficiency using ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across all business lines and roles.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm role requirements and criteria.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, market mapping).
• Screen and assess candidates for skills and experience; provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Drive pipeline health and maintain momentum through the hiring process.
