Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking a Systems and Procedures Senior Staff to help review and improve company policies, internal controls, and risk management processes. The position is based in BGC, Taguig, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a full-time employment type, offering a monthly salary range of ₱25,000–₱35,000.

The ideal candidate is a BS Accountancy graduate with at least three years of experience in policymaking, systems analysis, or compliance.

Qualifications

BS Accountancy graduate required.
3 years’ experience in policymaking, systems analysis, internal controls, audit, or compliance.

Responsibilities

Review policies and procedures to ensure standardization and proper documentation.
Ensure policies and procedures comply with JSOX, IMS, and applicable legal requirements.
Assist departments in developing and establishing policies, procedures, and appropriate internal controls.
Coordinate the annual review and updating of the Risk Control Matrix (RCM).
Assist in identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Support the review and consolidation of Information Asset Management processes.
Coordinate with different departments to gather information and ensure proper implementation of procedures and controls.
Assist in maintaining accurate and updated process documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business processes, systems, and internal controls.
Prepare reports, documentation, and other materials related to policies, procedures, risk controls, and compliance activities.
