Job summary

KMZD GROUP in Makati is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and manage a accounting team. You will work closely with management, auditors, banks, clients and government agencies to deliver timely financial reporting and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance with Philippine requirements, and proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting with supervisory experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, and accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation and BIR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
• Ensure accurate recording, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable, Billing / Invoicing and Collection.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of applicable tax returns and government reports.
• Monitor compliance with BIR and other relevant government requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective accounting controls and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop receivable, billing and collection personnel.
• Review existing accounting processes and recommend improvements.
