Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in the Philippines to own Microsoft 365 and Okta across an international IT environment. You will manage identity, access, collaboration, endpoint controls, security, and system reliability to strengthen uptime and security while enabling scalable operations.

The role offers full-time employment with competitive PHP 150,000 max monthly salary, night differential, HMO, and extensive upskilling through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent degree.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a related technical environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Intune, licensing, Conditional Access, and audit/security controls
• Practical experience managing Okta environments, including SSO and application integrations, SAML/OIDC, MFA, user lifecycle administration, group management, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access troubleshooting
• Demonstrated ownership of Microsoft 365 and Okta environments, including direct configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Strong Microsoft 365 capability with the confidence to manage Okta independently as part of daily IT operations
• Proven ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, including validating outputs and protecting confidential or sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Set measurable service and system performance standards, track progress, and stay accountable for continuous improvement
• Maintain required security certifications and uphold strong integrity in applying security, access, and control standards
• Identify and implement IT cost-efficiency opportunities while protecting reliability, security, and long-term business value
• Plan and run twice-yearly disaster recovery exercises, demonstrating resilience and disciplined follow-through against agreed recovery objectives
• Define, monitor, and improve system uptime and availability, with a strong results-oriented focus on measurable operational performance
• Strengthen infrastructure, identity and access controls, and security practices while prioritizing dependable service and team success
• Maintain clear technical standards, change records, and operating procedures to support consistency, accountability, and effective collaboration
• Review monitoring data and system alerts, investigate incidents, identify root causes, and persist through complex issues until resolution
• Use AI-assisted operations tools responsibly to improve troubleshooting and documentation, validating outputs and protecting sensitive information with sound judgment
• Maintain clear ownership, handoffs, and documentation across technical work, communicating transparently and addressing issues without ambiguity
• Seek feedback, share knowledge, and continuously refine systems, processes, and working practices to raise the standard of IT operations
