Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Team Lead, Business Systems & IT to guide secure, scalable operations for a global manufacturing and distribution software environment. The role requires 3–5 years in IT leadership and hands-on oversight of enterprise infrastructure, security, and vendor management.

You will lead a team onsite in Ortigas, drive IT strategy aligned with business goals, and support critical SaaS platforms while prioritizing governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, networking, collaboration platforms, and identity management.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and business-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, disaster recovery, and operational best practices.
• Experience managing technology vendors, licensing, and service providers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas 5 days per week.
• Availability to travel less than 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a productive, scalable IT organization that supports business growth and evolving technology needs.
• Establish and continually refine the company's IT operational strategy in line with business priorities and the Business Systems roadmap.
• Develop and sustain security, compliance, and risk management practices that protect company assets and information.
• Measure performance through operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and service metrics.
• Lead the administration and support of enterprise infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing.
• Partner with Business Systems, Security, Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, and other functions to deliver reliable technology solutions.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by planning and executing IT infrastructure, user onboarding, and technology integration activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, hardware lifecycle planning, contracts, and IT operating budgets.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Use AI-powered tools and automation to improve service desk operations, documentation, monitoring, and systems administration.
• Implement improvements that increase reliability, reduce operational risk, and strengthen the employee technology experience.
