Job summary
ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks a Technical Support System Admin with at least 3 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting across technical support, service desk, and IT support.
Responsibilities include infrastructure support, handling Level 1/2 issues, server management, patching and deployment, storage, backup and recovery, and system health checks with performance tuning. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred; Azure AD/AVD/Entra ID is a plus.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of System Admin experience with hardware and software troubleshooting across technical support, service desk, and IT support.
- Proficiency in infrastructure support.
- Handling Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues.
- Server management and configuration.
- Patching and deployment.
- Storage, backup and recovery.
- System health checks and performance tuning.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Plus: Azure AD / AVDS / Entra ID experience.
Responsibilities
