Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas. You will own complex environments, drive stability, and operate with autonomy in an AI-first service model.

You will manage escalation across L2/L3, oversee Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure, and guide junior engineers while delivering secure, high-performing systems.

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to take ownership of complex environments and operate with a high degree of autonomy within a modern, AI-first service model.

You will act as the senior escalation point across L2/L3, responsible for resolving complex issues and maintaining high-performing, secure environments. You will own technical outcomes across your assigned environments, make decisions independently, and drive improvements without relying on constant direction. The role is hands-on, with a focus on stability, optimisation, and long-term quality.

You will also gain exposure to AI-driven tooling and automation as part of our evolving service delivery model.
