Six Eleven Philippines BPO Corporation is seeking an experienced System & Network Administrator to manage client IT environments with strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Microsoft 365. The role focuses on maintaining secure, reliable networks and scalable server infrastructure.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows Server and AD, supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, configuring networks, and ensuring backups and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in system & network administration, MSP preferred.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory expertise.
• Knowledge of GPO, DNS, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DHCP, and networking.
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Azure/AWS, RMM, SharePoint, backup/DR or CCNA/Network+ certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, GPO, and DNS.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and user accounts.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless.
• Perform hardware, software, server, and network troubleshooting.
• Monitor systems using RMM tools and assist backups/disaster recovery.
• Maintain IT documentation, security, and system performance.
• Provide technical support and communicate with clients.
