Job summary

EPS STAFFING SERVICE GROUP, INC. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in a hybrid role based in San Pablo City, Laguna. You will manage Windows Server environments, M365, AD/Entra ID, Intune, and device policies while ensuring security, backups, and proactive maintenance.

You will coordinate with teams and external partners, document processes, and contribute to infrastructure improvements. A relevant IT degree is preferred; training may occur in Denmark.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in system administration or infra operations.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, M365, AD and Entra ID.
• Experience administering Intune and endpoint policies.
• Experience with user administration, access control, patching and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and related infrastructure.

• Administer Intune, Windows Autopilot, device policies and deployments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, licences, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain certificates for servers, apps, devices, Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Perform patching, updates, monitoring, backups and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot server, endpoint, identity, app, VPN and network issues to resolution.
• Support MFA, Conditional Access, BitLocker, Windows LAPS; assist security investigations.
• Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and external partners.
• Create/maintain technical docs, procedures and runbooks.
• Participate in infra improvements, migrations and IT projects.

Job description

What you will be doing

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and related infrastructure.

• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device policies, compliance settings and application deployments.

• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, licences, onboarding and offboarding.

• Maintain certificates used by servers, applications, devices, Wi‑Fi and VPN services

• Perform patching, updates, monitoring, backups and preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshoot server, endpoint, identity, application, VPN and network issues, and follow them through to resolution.

• Support MFA, Conditional Access, BitLocker and Windows LAPS, and assist with security‑alert investigation and remediation.

• Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and external technical partners.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and runbooks.

• Participate in infrastructure improvements, migrations and IT projects.

What you will bring

• At least 3-5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure operations or a similar technical role.

• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Practical experience administering Microsoft Intune and endpoint policies.

• Experience with user administration, permissions, access management, patching, monitoring, backup and troubleshooting.

• A sound understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN and general networking.

• A good understanding of IT security, MFA, access control, least privilege and responsible handling of privileged access.

• Strong written and spoken English, together with clear documentation and communication skills.

• A relevant IT degree is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is equally welcome.

Experience that will set you apart

• PowerShell scripting and automation.

• VMware, Microsoft Azure, Arctic Wolf, Exchange Online, and backup or disaster recovery solutions

• Firewalls, switches, wireless networks and VPN infrastructure.

• ITIL‑based incident and change management

• Microsoft certifications are an advantage, but they are not required.

• Willing to work at least Hybrid office location is in San Pablo City Laguna

• Will undergo training in the first few of employment in Denmark
