Six Eleven Philippines BPO Corporation is seeking an experienced System & Network Administrator to manage client IT environments with strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Microsoft 365. The role focuses on maintaining secure, reliable networks and scalable server infrastructure.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows Server and AD, supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, configuring networks, and ensuring backups and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in system & network administration, MSP preferred.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory expertise.
• Knowledge of GPO, DNS, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DHCP, and networking.
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Azure/AWS, RMM, SharePoint, backup/DR or CCNA/Network+ certs a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and user accounts
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Perform hardware, software, server, and network troubleshooting
• Monitor systems using RMM tools and support backup/disaster recovery solutions
• Maintain IT documentation, security, and system performance
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in System & Network Administration, preferably in an MSP environment
• Strong practical experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
• Knowledge of GPO, DNS, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DHCP, and networking
• Experience with Windows/Linux and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-support skills
• Certifications and experience with Azure/AWS, RMM, SharePoint, backup/DR, CCNA, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
