Job summary

NYGC Services INC in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator to join our IT team. You will maintain, secure, and optimize Windows servers to ensure stable Cloud and Data Center operations for our clients.

Responsibilities include monitoring, logging, and documenting procedures, analyzing incidents, and coordinating with internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of Windows OS administration are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of Windows OS administration experience.
Knowledge of Windows server operations, troubleshooting, and security.
Ability to analyze technical issues and recommend solutions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain Windows servers and related systems.
Review operational data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate technical records.
Identify and resolve potential technical issues to minimize service disruptions.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and complete infrastructure tasks.
Support team projects, system improvements, and operational activities.
Follow company policies, procedures, and security standards.
Protect company assets, systems, and confidential information.
Escalate complex issues and provide recommendations to the team lead or supervisor.
