Qualifications

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer with professional license.
• Fifteen years of surveying and mapping experience, with real estate development exposure.
• Proficient in Civil3D, Google Earth, ArcGIS/Pro and related GIS software.
• Minimum five years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee progress and outputs to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Process raw survey data and prepare final reports for LGU approval.
• Guide the team to deliver end-to-end survey results on time with advisory role.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.
