Role Description

The Project Manager (Surveying) is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for leading and coordinating land surveying and mapping projects from planning through completion. This role oversees project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The Project Manager works closely with survey teams, technical staff, and clients to organize fieldwork, manage logistics, monitor progress, and address operational challenges. Daily tasks include preparing creating proposals, project plans and reports, supervising inspections and data collection, coordinating with expeditors and logistics personnel, and implementing best practices in LiDAR and conventional surveying (GNSS, Levelling, and Total Station). The role also involves risk management, continuous process improvement, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary surveying teams.
• Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting experience, to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Inspection skills, including oversight of field Inspection activities and verification of survey data quality and accuracy.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources for field operations and site activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or a related field; professional license or certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing surveying, mapping, or infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to LiDAR or geospatial technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and in office settings.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments, GIS or CAD software, and standard project management tools.
