Job summary

Senior Geodetic Engineer for a government infrastructure project at New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac. Lead and supervise all geodetic and surveying works, establish control networks, review data, and oversee staking and as-built surveys for roads and utilities.

Ensure compliance with Philippine geodetic standards, coordinate with clients and agencies, and guide the survey team to deliver accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering.
  • PRC licensed Geodetic Engineer.
  • At least 30 years of experience in geodetic engineering and surveying for construction/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all geodetic and surveying works for the project, including control surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout.
  • Establish, verify, and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks for the project.
  • Review and validate survey data, plans, and coordinates against approved design drawings and project specifications.
  • Oversee construction staking, alignment, grading, and as-built surveys for roads, utilities, structures, and other infrastructure components.
  • Monitor earthworks and quantity computations, including cut and fill volumes, to support progress billing and cost control.
  • Conduct deformation and settlement monitoring for structures and earthworks, as required.
  • Ensure that survey works comply with applicable Philippine geodetic standards, DENR and LMB requirements, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with the client, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and other project disciplines on survey-related concerns.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in boundaries, elevations, and alignments, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance to the survey team and ensure proper calibration and use of survey instruments and equipment.

About the role

Senior Geodetic Engineer for a government infrastructure project located in New Clark City (NCC), Capas, Tarlac.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all geodetic and surveying works for the project, including control surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout

About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering
  • PRC Licensed Geodetic Engineer
  • At least thirty (30) years of experience in geodetic engineering and surveying for construction and infrastructure projects
  • Completed at least five hundred (500) hours of relevant training in geodetic engineering, surveying, construction management, or related fields
  • Proven track record in large-scale government infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of GNSS/GPS, total station, leveling, and other modern surveying technologies, as well as survey data processing and mapping software
  • Familiarity with government project requirements, standards, and documentation processes
  • Strong leadership, analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in New Clark City (NCC), Capas, Tarlac
  • Available to start ASAP
