Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila, Pasig city, seeks a Senior Geodetic Engineer to oversee the surveying department's output, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy across projects and LGU submissions. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain high standards.

You will lead a team, set KPIs, guide end-to-end survey processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering growth and continuous learning within the department.

Qualifications

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer with professional license.
• Fifteen years of surveying and mapping experience, with real estate development exposure.
• Proficient in Civil3D, Google Earth, ArcGIS/Pro and related GIS software.
• Minimum five years of people management experience.

Job description

This role is mainly responsible for the over-all checking and monitoring of progress and updates of all output of the department to guarantee its quality, timeliness and accuracy of individual and team performance. This role is also expected to:

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge and proficiency in land surveying techniques, including boundary determination, legal descriptions, and topographic mapping, to ensure accurate and reliable survey results.

• Accurately process raw survey data and prepare comprehensive final reports for raw land, formatted for LGU approval, with meticulous attention to technical details and regulatory standards.

• Successfully guides the team in executing end-to-end processes to deliver high-quality results on time while providing technical and expert advise to ensure outputs meet or exceed group expectations.

• Proficient in developing and implementing strategic plans and programs to achieve company goals and support target achievement.

• Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage group and individual performance by skillfully setting clear KPIs and work standards.

• Swiftly adapts to challenges, actively pursues continuous learning to resolve complex issues, and nurtures a culture of growth within their team or organization.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer;

• At least fifteen (15) years of experience in survey and mapping. Real Estate raw land / housing / condominium development experience is an advantage;

• Adept in Civil3D, Google Earth, ArcGIS/Pro, and other GE software;

• With not less than five (5) years experience of handling/managing people.
