Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks a licensed Geodetic/Civil Engineer to plan and direct surveying activities in Manila. You will lead a surveying team, conduct field surveys, and ensure data quality using total stations, GPS, and levels.

Travel to various project sites is required, with outdoor work in all weather conditions. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, plus proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Licensed Geodetic/Civil Engineer credential required.
• Experience leading a surveying team and delivering under deadlines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work outdoors and travel frequently to project sites.
• Ability to operate surveying equipment and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct activities of geodetic surveying team.
• Conduct surveys to determine positions, measurements, elevations, lines and areas.
• Collect and validate survey data using total station, GPS, level, etc.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safekeeping of instruments.
• Analyze and interpret data to ensure adherence to project specs.
