Job summary

AB Surveying and Development is seeking a Project Manager (Surveying) to lead land surveying and mapping projects in Metro Manila. The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

You will oversee fieldwork coordination, data collection, and client communication while applying LiDAR and traditional surveying methods. Effective leadership, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of GIS/CAD tools are essential to manage

Qualifications

• Project management experience leading multi-disciplinary surveying teams.
• Expeditor/Expediting experience to ensure timely milestones and deliverables.
• Inspection oversight and data quality verification of fieldwork.
• Logistics coordination for field operations and site activities.
• Exposure to LiDAR or geospatial technologies; safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, project plans and reports.
• Lead fieldwork coordination and scheduling.
• Supervise inspections and data collection.
• Coordinate with expeditors and logistics personnel.
• Implement LiDAR and conventional surveying best practices (GNSS, Levelling, Total Station).
