Job summary

DOLE ASIA COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Superintendent to act as the primary contact for markets and coordinate order processing, shipment planning, and issue resolution. You will work closely with production planning, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and prevent obsolescence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in SCM/logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain officer functions or related roles.
• Willing to relocate to Polomolok, South Cotabato and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor Sales Orders in SAP with attention to special instructions.
• Track shipments via CPS and monitor market and production delays.
• Coordinate with QA, packing, warehousing, and logistics to fulfill orders.
• Identify loss reasons for delays and improve order lead times.
• Track KPIs such as PSA, OTIF, and CRF.
• Support NPD/BD teams and drive process improvements.
