Job summary

DOLE ASIA COMPANY, LIMITED in the Philippines seeks a Supply Chain Superintendent focused on Sales Order Management, Market Coordination, and Inventory Monitoring. You will be the markets’ first contact, resolving issues and ensuring on-time shipments while coordinating with production planners, QA, and logistics teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in SCM functions, a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and willingness to relocate to Polomolok, South Cotabato for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and/or Masters in SCM, Logistics, IE, PM, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in supply chain officer functions or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of SCM fundamentals, inventory management, MRP and ERP.
• Experience in production planning and project management is desirable.
• Willing to relocate to Polomolok, South Cotabato for onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processesSales Orders in SAP ensuring special instructions are highlighted.
• Monitors movement of SOs and updates CPS/weekly market meeting reports.
• Coordinates with packaging, QA, warehousing and logistics teams for SO completion.
• Identifies loss reasons for delays and tracks KPI like PSA, OTIF, CRF.
• Reviews aging inventories with QA/Market for disposition and obsolescence prevention.

JobSummary

Thesupplychaincustomerservicesuperintendentprimarilyactsasthemarket’sfirstpointofcontactfortheDSICommercialPlant.Thecustomerserviceofficer’sroleinvolvesdirectlyassistingmarkets,resolvingtheirissuesandensuringtheirsatisfaction.Thisincludesansweringinquiries,processingordersandreturns,providingproductinformationandcollaboratingwithotherdepartmentstoresolvecomplexissues.TheCSOensuresthatmarketdemandisshippedascommitted,whichrequiresproperinternalcommunicationandcoordinationtofacilitateproductionplanningandtheeventualshipmentofproductstocustomers.TheCSOworkstogetherwiththeproductionplanner,QAteamandthemarketstomoveandpreventproductobsolescenceandwriteoff.ReportingtotheDSISupplyChainManager,theCSO’sresponsibilitiesarelistedbutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:

• ProvidesListofPriorityItemsanditsVolumesforShipmentbasedonopenordersinSAP.

• Conductsweeklyreviewoftheconsolidatedplannedshipment(CPS)reportforDSImarket.This

• includesidentifyingproperlossreasonsforshipmentdelaysand/orshortfallsandescalatingconcernsonorderleadtimecompliance,volumeallocation,packconstraints,amongothers.

• JoinsweeklyconferencecallswiththemarketsprovidingSOupdates,feedbackonopenissuesandtakesnoteofdirectionsandcustomerspecialinstructions.

• ConductsregularinventoryreviewwithSCplanner,QAandMarketstosecuredirectionand/or

• dispositionofunencumberedageingstocks.

• CoordinateswithdifferentdepartmentsonprojecttimelineexecutionspecifictoFutureCore

• NPDs.

• Suggestinitiativesoncostsavingsandprocessimprovement.

KeyResponsibilities

• MonitorsthemovementofSO’sdrivenbydifferentfactorssuchasmarketadvice,productionandshipmentdelaysandothers.

• MonitorsandupdatesstatusfromproductiontoshipmentoffinishedgoodsthroughtheConsolidatedPlannedShipments(CPS)andWeeklyMarketMeetings.

• CoordinatescloselywithinternalteamssuchasPack|Packaging|ShippingPlanners,QAandWarehousingandLogisticsteamsforthecompletionofSalesOrders.Thisalsoincludesthepreparationofstuffingandshippingplansandcontainerrequirementprojectionasbasisforvesselspaceallocationandcontainerrepositioningrequirement.

• ProperlyidentifiestheLossReasonsforitemswithdelays|shortfallonshipments.

• Trackkeyperformanceindicators:PSA,OTIFandCRF.

MarketCoordination

• ProvidesmarketsupportoninquiriesrelatedtoDSIproducts.

• Providesmarketswiththemostefficientandcost-effectiveoptionstosupportproductshipments.

• AddressmarketconcernsrelatedtotheshipmentofSalesOrders.

• ActivelyparticipatesinregularmarketmeetingstoensureSO’supdatesarediscussed,andothermarketconcernsareresolved.

InventoryMonitoring

• ReviewandidentifyunencumberedandageinginventoriesandworkwithQAandmarketsondispositionstrategiestoavoidobsolescenceandwrite-offs.
