Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to oversee daily operations spanning procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

The role requires at least 7 years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and analytic skills, ERP familiarity, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate supply chain, purchasing, inventory, warehouse and logistics activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials/products.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues, delays, and discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and monitor supply chain performance and KPIs.
• Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
