Job summary

Landers is seeking an experienced Area/Regional Manager to lead multiple store operations, including Landers Superstore, Food Central, and affiliates such as Federal Barbers and Capital Care Pharmacy. You will drive sales, memberships, and operational efficiency while ensuring safety and service excellence across all locations.

The role requires extensive FMCG/retail leadership, a strong grasp of cost control, and the ability to manage large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting, IT & Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 15 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or mall operations.
• 10 years as Area Manager, Regional Manager or GM of a large mall.
• Experience in opening and setting up new stores.
• Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Pivot, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of JDE or SAP and WMS systems.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting terms.
• Experience leading 500+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Landers image and brand affinity in the local area.
• Implement timely membership promotions and activities.
• Grow membership and improve member retention or renewal.
• Improve goods receiving and front-end operations to standard.
• Create a safe, clean, and secure store environment for members and staff.
• Foster a member-service oriented culture across stores and affiliates.
• Oversee store, Central, and Doppio operations for efficiency.
• Assist in controlling major Opex: salaries, electricity, and security.
• Lead store affiliates collaboration to boost sales and service.
• Develop bulk and wholesale channels to grow volume.
