Landers Superstore (Southeastasia Retail Inc.) is seeking a Senior Manager for Membership Acquisition to spearhead nationwide recruitment, expand the distributor network, and cultivate leaders who drive sustainable business growth.

The role requires 5+ years in MLM/direct selling with a proven track record in membership growth, network leadership, and data-driven strategy. Collaboration with Marketing will be essential to campaigns, incentives, and events that accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management.
• 5+ years in MLM/Direct Selling/Membership Sales/Network Marketing/Affiliate Marketing.
• At least 2 years in a senior leadership role managing large sales networks.
• Proven success in membership acquisition and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of compensation plans, incentives, and distributor engagement strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading direct selling or MLM organizations.
• Managed regional or national sales networks.
• Skilled in member engagement, retention, and leadership development.

Responsabilités

• Lead nationwide membership acquisition strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing network.
• Drive recruitment, activation, retention, and productivity of members.
• Design and implement incentive, recognition, and rewards programs that motivate network growth.
• Partner with Marketing to launch campaigns, promotions, and events that increase membership acquisition.
• Analyze membership and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve results.
• Develop training and leadership programs that cultivate future sales leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical selling standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
