Job summary

Offsure Global Outsourcing INC. is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our remote team from the Philippines, servicing Australian-based projects.

You will prepare detailed estimates for residential and architectural stonework, including benchtops, flooring, walls, stairs, fireplaces, cladding, and full-home stone packages. The role requires 5–10+ years of estimating experience, strong stonework knowledge, and the ability to read architectural drawings, with advanced Excel skills and excellent

Qualifications

5–10+ years estimating experience in stonemasonry, joinery, or architectural finishes.
Strong experience in stonework estimating is highly preferred.
Ability to read architectural drawings, elevations, sections, and specifications.
Proficient with Excel and detailed costing spreadsheets.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed, client-facing estimates for residential and architectural stonework projects.
Build full project costs including stone/material costs, fabrication hours, and installation labour.
Review drawings and identify missing information or assumptions early.
Communicate clearly with Sales and Production to confirm realistic labour hours for complex projects.
Prepare accurate quote packs for Sales to present with minimal rewriting.
Maintain version control and confidentiality of cost data.
