Job summary

Agent is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator for remote work focused on US residential and commercial masonry projects. You will manage the full pre-construction estimating process, perform takeoffs, build cost models, and prepare proposals for homeowners, contractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of estimating experience, strong masonry/stone/concrete knowledge, and fluency in English. This role requires independent, detail-oriented work during US Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of estimating experience for US construction projects.
Strong background in masonry, stone, concrete, brick, or exterior finishes.
Civil Engineering degree preferred or equivalent estimating experience.

Responsibilities

Review architectural and structural drawings for residential and commercial masonry projects.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using ZiZi Takeoff or comparable software.
Export takeoff quantities into Excel and prepare detailed cost estimates.
Build pricing models covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Coordinate with subcontracted masonry crews on labor pricing and scheduling.
Upload and manage estimates through BuilderTrend and prepare proposals.
