Job summary

Offsure seeks an experienced estimator with a strong background in stonemasonry and architectural stonework to join our team in the Philippines. You will prepare detailed estimates for residential and architectural stone projects, reading drawings and costing labor hours, materials, and processing steps for production and installation.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of estimating experience in stonemasonry, joinery, construction, architectural finishes, or related industry.
• Strong experience in stonework estimating preferred.
• Proven ability to independently read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, specifications, schedules.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with detailed costing spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for residential and architectural stonework projects.
• Review architectural drawings, elevations, sections, specifications, schedules, photographs, and sales briefs.
• Build complete project costs including stone/material costs, fabrication hours, CNC and waterjet processing, and installation labour.
• Provide alternative solutions and value-engineering options while maintaining design intent and target margin.
• Maintain version control for all estimates and revisions.
• Prepare client-facing quote packs that Sales can present without significant rewriting.
