Qualfon Philippines, Inc. in Dumaguete is seeking a Senior Specialist for Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategy and team effectiveness. The role focuses on KPI compliance, process improvements, and partnerships with universities to strengthen branding.

The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising, sourcing, and marketing within a BPO environment, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan and organize recruitment activities across teams.

• Manages R&S area and ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI’s.
• Organizes recruitment team activities to achieve goals.
• Oversees Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and staff calibration.
• Enhances Company Branding through educational tours and university partnerships.
• Aims to achieve ≥5% conversion rate.

OVERVIEW

Role: SENIOR SPECIALIST, TALENT ACQUISITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manages R&S area

• Ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI’s
• Organizes recruitment team activities to achieve the goals
• Ensures hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing to the right position

2. Ensures the application and follow‑up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures

• Supervises day‑to‑day Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedure
• Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff
• Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary
• Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed
• Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase headcount

3. Enhance Company Branding

• Facilitates Educational Tours as required
• Coordinates with Universities for Placement and/or other school activities
• Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors
• Conceptualizes Sourcing Collaterals

4. ≥5% Conversion Rate

• Monitors total number of hires from identified sourcing strategies
• Identifies and reviews low‑yielding sourcing strategies
• Recommends initiatives to increase productivity of low‑yielding sourcing strategies
• Increases social networking capability
